Description

As she first opened her eyes she was surrounded by white walls and the beeping sounds of the devices she was attached to, the first emotion she felt was fear but she couldn't voice out what she felt. Everytime she tried to form words only her lips moved without making a single sound. She tried to move, to get out of the bed and to take off the needles attached to her but she couldn't even feel her fingers. Just before her routine check-up she was found by a nurse, Taeyeons eyes were open but unfocused.

After months Taeyeon was moved to a normal ward, she was explained everything what happened. That her family estate burned down and that she was in a coma for three years due to her severe injuries, she listened to those people around her but their words didn't make sense to her. She just didn't seem to link those words with their actual meaning, she just couldn't understand what they were trying to tell her.

Taeyeons 'new life' began with her having depressions. She felt dump and useless. At first she wasn't making any progress in her rehabilitation, thus caused her to sink deeper.

Weeks turned to months and months turned into years.

Slowly she was making process. She built up a friendship with her care taker and didn't want to make him worry about her so she tried hard to get better and grow the habit of always smiling like she's alright so no one close to her would worry.

Taeyeon always carry a diary with her since she started with the rehabilitation, for she had a very bad memory and a fear of forgetting everything again.

When she started there were only drawings on the pages, followed by mostly drawings and a few words till she now could write a few sentences that makes sense but still adding drawings when she couldn't remember the words.
