kim jongin, the visual and main dancer to the popular boy group exo. most would expect him to be what you see on stage or in front of the camera, a sleek and beautiful man with a teasing smirk and graceful movements. 

jongin faced struggles of his own, not many thought of. practicing day and night just so he would get that call that he would be next to debut. he broke bones, muscles, extended further than he should've just to be the best dancer he could. he would not fall behind. 

he became restless with himself. nothing was ever good enough for him. he tried to make it seem like he was happy, people thought that he was ambitious and hard at work, but nothing was ever good enough for him. he became thin, too thin. he worked himself to the bone, never sleeping. jongin would pass out from overworking himself, would eat and eat until he was full. 

jongin became obsessed with dancing, with vanity. he used to hate the idea of plastic surgery, but it wasn't until one person said he was ugly, and jongin got rid of that blemish. 

to this day, six years as an exo member, jongin pretends that he is happy. instead, he is still obsessed with not letting anyone down.

i like dancing? [laughs] i've been dancing since i was a kid. i really like eating chicken too, not a big fan of other meats though. hm. i like hot chocolate and tea, and cake! i like going to cafes. i also really, really, love dogs. i like watching old movies, especially old french movies. i prefer old music, jazzy music, over today's stuff as well.

i really don't like coffee. it tastes horrible. i drink it when i'm tired but i really don't like it. i think cats are cute but i'm allergic. i don't like bars or clubs, they are too loud. i'm not a big fan of most alcohol, but wine is okay, i guess? i don't know much else, pft.

other than performing and dancing? i like reading. i like watching movies too. i collect vinyls in my spare time as well. playing and walking my dogs prove to be a real fun time, since i love them so much. i tend to go to dog parks that don't have too many fans there.

i have a sister and my parents. my father passed away recently, however. it was due to chronic illness. it's hard to go home these days. seems so empty without him. i see my sister often since she runs a cafe in my name.
