• ABOUT ME
The smell of alchohol - something that Namjoon began to hate. His parents were drunkards. They weren't abusive, they didn't yell at him. It was more like he didn't exist to them. They would fight off and on and the other times they would have with each other like there was never a child in the room, and often they wouldn't realize if Namjoon was missing for a couple of hours to a couple of days. As a kid he wasn't very sociable - so it was hard for him to make friends and find some place to stay while his parents did whatever they pleased.
It wasn't until his parents were getting a divorce when Namjoon was just becoming a teenager that they cared about his existance. Even though at that age he was able to make decisions of his own - they were both trying to fight over custody of the boy that they wanted to acknowledge his existance. He ended up living with his father - as he was the one who decided to sober up and actually provide for his child while his mom continued to go out every night and bring home the next person she looked at.
Of course things weren't completely fixed between Namjoon and his father, they had more downs than they had ups but many people could tell the difference in Namjoon's personality since the divorce of his parents. Namjoon wasn't acting out anymore, he was more calm, he became more sociable. He began inviting friends over to his house, and finding relationships between people.
That was until his seventeenth birthday when he woke up to a note from his father that he wanted better things for his son and that no matter how hard he had tried he wasn't able to provide that to Namjoon so he left him, alone. To live and support hisself. Namjoon began going downhill quickly and started to drink. It wasn't until his one friend that was with him from the beginning tried to get him back into his old ways, and what he used to do when he needed to get away from his own thoughts. Pottery.
After all of it Namjoon now forgets about his past and decided to start fresh, and when he heard of the new town being built from the ground up, he couldn't think of a better opportunity to start fresh himself. He moved to the town in hopes to start his own pottery shop.
