Here naeun is, stuck working for her parents at their ramen shop. they were not the most well off family from the country - so they came to this new city and moved their restaurant in hopes of a better income. her dreams and interest were put on hold just because of it. she has no guts to stand up to her parents and do what she wants- not that they are scary people! but the last time she told them she wanted to be an actress made them seem disappointed. they told her that the world has enough of pretty women who can act and that she needed to find something else. but there wasn't much for a  girl who can't afford to go to college. now naeun is stuck serving ramen to people and slowly the job is her soul out.

naeun's personality has changed over the years. as a kid she loved to help at the ramen shop. they were in the country so she had tons of friends to run around and play with. she was always creative when it came to playing different characters and scenarios with them. when she became a teen and had to take a bus into the city to go to school, that's when the bullying started. students would make fun of her ramen smell, they would call her country poor. some girls didn't like her because their crushes would look her way instead of theirs. high school formed naeun into a more introverted person and someone who came to dislike ramen and the business her parents ran. she was an only child so she had no one to talk to. now at 19, she is lost. she feels alone and she no longer takes risks. she keeps her head down and tries her best to be a ghost. not to mention her motivation for anything has died down - many would assume she is depressed.
