600 years.

Ten Chittaphon had been dead for 600 years now, hardly remembering his life as a human. Any time he thought back to the 1400's, he only felt this stabbing pain and anguish at having lost everything when being turned. His maker, Jung Jihoon, had been his savior, wrapping him in arms of comfort as he crashed, so he was forever indebted to the man. Becoming a circus performer was a tiny compensation for the life that Jihoon restored to the boy's undead body, giving him a reason to continue as a vampire while his dreams were lost.

Ten was once a prized sorcerer, using his powers to research blood magic (a taboo art), and he had hoped turning would increase his power, but alas, his power died with his human life and his undead life became property of Jung Jihoon. He became the ring leader's companion and his prized possession, putting on shows for as long as he was able to.

The epitome of burning cold, Ten has worked solo all his life in the circus. He's incredibly prideful in his accomplishments and abilities as an aerialist, often lifting his nose to anyone who tries to get close to him. "They just want to take advantage of you, Taeyong. I am the only one you can trust. The only one who can love you the way you need." Jihoon had purred to him once during his early years as a vampire, and he had (unfortunately) believed him.

Unbelievably petty, this rather young vampire will not hesitate to offer you a scowl while thinly threatening to rip your throat out. He's overly protective of his maker, believing him to be the only solid force in his life. If you go against Jung Jihoon, you go against Ten Chittaphon, and while his master has years of patience under his belt, Ten does not stutter when it comes to spilling blood. They are both prideful creatures, and really only deem other vampires worthy of their time.
