Raised from a high class of wizards, Jungmin was trained to be the top class of magician. While his siblings were focused on light and elements, he turned to dark magic as he wished to harness it for better use. His powers are focused on shadows as he can gather the shadows to form matter of his choosing - i.e barriers, weapons or concentrated energy. As he is a dark magician, he also harnesses dark magic based on True Name ritual and necromancy but he rarely uses this as it can drain on his life source and corrupt him. He only uses that form of his magic in dire emergencies.
Some feared his power but he proved that he was a force to be reckoned with. He grew up to be a talented monster hunter; Romeo, his magic being able to tackle most harsh environments. Now, he walks into the village as the residents turn on each other. With his clear mind, he manages to hold back and begins his work as a Chronicler; working with philosophers, witches and others to build up knowledge in the community and also protect the inhabitants from the evil that lurks beyond.
He is mainly seen in his study; working through the records such as the Necronomicon and his own journals that he has gathered over the years. He also conducts expeditions outside of the village's barriers to gather knowledge on ruins and resources that can be used in the village. He is often met with danger with feral creatures which is when his hunter instinct comes in and tracks on any entities that may be a threat to his new home.

Personality
He is a soul with a kind heart, despite his magic tendencies. However, he can have moments when his high heritage/"rich boy" nature shows as he is playful during the hunt. He has grown confident in the magic he can control and loves the exploration & the hunt. Around many, he can seem seductive but when it comes down to business, he has a strong head and very knowledgeable for his age. As he is of an older generation, he does fall into the habit of using formal speech when addressing others or academic words during certain explanations. He does show a gentleman side as he can be concerned for the well-being of others; often referring to his studies to offer assistance if needed.
