Daehyun was sent here after his mother was finally sent to jail for years of abuse towards him. the authorities couldn't get him to do more than try to reach for her despite the hateful words she spat at him. He stopped talking once the patrol car drove away with her. they figured that he was too traumtized so he was sent here.
