Xiaoyin grew up in the care of her dad and older brother. Her mom left a year after she was born. Xiaoyin never had the love and affection of a mother like most young people had but she didn't care. Xiaoin was strong and independent from a young age. She lived a carefree life compared to the other rich girls she knew. Xiaoyin had few close friends from school that she hung out with and she loved them more then her actual family. To her, they were family and she loved them. At fifteen, she transferred to a different school and it was there she met her first love. Xiaoyin couldn't be any happier. They started to date a few months later and did almost everything together. Xiaoyin knew that he was the one for her. They planned to get married and have kids together but that all fell apart when he passed away before that happened. He had cancer and she didn't know that. She was held back her tears for him, knowing that he wanted her to be strong for the both of them. As devastated as she was, Xiaoyin made a promise that she would never cry and keep moving forward, so she did. She moved to Beijing and started over. About a week later, she joined a small but well known entertain company. Though she was one of the older trainees, she was one of the best. Half a year later, Xiaoyin debuted in a seven girl group called lust were she had served as the leader, face and main vocalist. As Xiaoyin performed with the group, there was still an empty feeling deep inside of her. Xiaoyin just wasn't happy as she appeared to be. She felt like she needed more. After six and a half years, the group decided to part ways. Xiaoyin moved back home to live near her brother and worked as a vocal coach.
