frankly, changmin never really lived an easy life. but instead of letting it get him down, he learned to smile through the pain, trying to get though it all as best as possible.

coming from a family where almost everyone came from the house of ravenclaw, being the only hufflepuff was a big disgrace. his parents looked at him as if he was a mistake from the very moment he was sorted into his house.

but he loved it. he loved being a hufflepuff, and he felt connected to the house in more ways than his family seemed able to understand.

that is, except for his older brother. though he was the perfect ravenclaw prodigy, he helped changmin live through the diversity at home. he didn't look at changmin like he was anything less, and he himself didn't act like he was anything more.

but that didn't change living life in the shadow of his older brother. it's something he has to live with every day, trying to make a name for himself rather than fall to comparing himself to someone he will never be.
