Felix grew up dealing with the suspicion that he wasn’t quite normal. As a child, he’d play in the garden constantly, and barely noticed he stares hed get from he neighbours while jumping about in the flowers, talking to all of them out loud like they were his friends. To be fair, he ignored everyone’s opinions of him. Despite the way the occasional stranger would stare after him as he was growing up, he remained sweet and affectionate to the world around him and anyone that he met. He startled himself sometimes as he was growing older, by talking to an animal and almost hearing a reply in his head. At first he thought he was just a little mad, and people commented that the sun in the places he grew up must’ve gotten to him. When he turned 18 he was developing an interest in dancing, and his father paid for classes for him to attend. Which he did, tiredlessly and loyally. One day, his dance teacher asked him to stay a moment after class. Excited but confused, Felix did as told. Before his eyes, the teacher he’d admired for her skill in dancing turned into a ghastly creature, and Felix made a break for it. He was healthy and young, but even so, the sprint away from the monster tired him. He didn’t even stop when he passed his quiet house. Eventually, he came to a gas station a little ways out of town. He suspected he was still being followed by whatever creature his dance teacher was, but nonetheless he needed rest and stopped to buy an energy drink and food from the store with what little money he had in his pocket. The person at the counter asked if he was being chased in a joking tone when he saw the panting boy, but when he saw the distraught look in the boy’s eyes he instructed him to go towards the woods a short distance away from where he was staying, if he wanted home and a shelter. There wasn’t a better option for Felix, and he knew he was too trusting, but he believed the man. He followed the careful instructions he was given until he stumbled across the camp, where he was greeted and claimed as a child of Persephone.

Felix is a kind hearted and rather fragile young soul, a bit like a flower himself. He spends as much time as he possibly can outside when he can be at home in the natural world, talking to squirrels like a princess out of a Disney movie. with those he manages to make friends with, he's very protective and rather clingy. He hates thinking he's done something wrong to a person, and is always swift to apologise for his mistakes. He cries a little if he get too frustrated, and likes to have friends about to look after him.
