↳ lightning bolt (electro-energy) projection ; yugyeom can discharge and aim electricity at a person or object. it is formed in shapes of arcs or blasts.
↳ electricity senses/detective ; yugyeom can track and find any source of electricity around him, such as light bulbs, trains, light poles, etc..
↳ enhanced (electro-energy) reflexes ; yugyeom has faster reflexes than the average hero. he can dash and dodge at a quicker speed, but he does not have super speed.
↳ (anger empowerment) yugyeom doesn't have full control of his abilities. similar to mob psycho 100's mob, if his anxiety reaches a dangerous level, he will burst and lose control of his power. however, it will 'fry' his brain to where he will blackout. due to his vast powers, he'll sleep for a few days before he can gain consciousness, and his memories will be blotchy.

↳ ( based on dc's shazam, bnha's denki kaminari ) it is hard to not like yugyeom, but there are also many reasons to why you might like not. being a 12 year old boy inside the body of a 21 year old man, dense and gullible defines yugyeom; he carries an image of what a child would feel like when they imagine themselves as a superhero. he comes off as an energetic person with having too much emotions to contain inside. he releases it often by doing ridiculous activities, but it results in him doing far too many that he shouldn't be attempting.
↳ he remains enthusastic about his abilities. he talks about it nonstop, which leads to him having the title of the most talkative ever in the class. even with his constant belief, his intelligence isn't up to par with everyone else, and it puts him at below average to average scores. he continues to believe in his potential far too much than anyone else. such things don't weigh hm down easily. he is usually never sadden by things, even with low test scores, and his favorite superhero getting defeated while the city gets destroyed. it is persistent while he excitedly yells about encouragement and postivity.

↳ yugyeom's father was a king of an immensely populated empire on a drifting planet. with his recognition, he gained respect from many planets, including earth. he had a family of five: a wife, two sons, and a daughter. one of the sons happened to be yugyeom, the youngest out of all three.
↳ the king needed someone to inherit his powers, to take over his crown when he is gone, and to lead the people of his empire. after two failed attempts from his first son and daughter, yugyeom finally received the bloodline that he had wished for. however, yugyeom was not a child that he expected.
↳ on a special occasion, the royal family decided to travel on public transportation; it was a way to bond and connect with their civilians. unfortunately, his father was unable to attend the ride, but his mother stuck with his siblings and him. at the time, yugyeom's abilities weren't fully acknowledged yet. his father hadn't given him proper training as the rest of his siblings. the bloodline expected their users to be capable of abilities, but of course, yugyeom had no ideas of how to work it.
↳ while riding on the train, a sudden alarm blasted throughout the vans. the family looked around in bewilderment. yugyeom held onto his mother's hand tightly, unsure of what is occurring. the train rattled while it passed through a dark tunnel, but at the end, a scream was heard at the end of the hall. people started crowding towards the noise, but yugyeom stayed with his mother.
↳ his mother attempted to contact his father, but the signal never went through. suddenly, someone landed on top of the train, and that was when his mother knew, they were getting ambushed. the levels of panic raised quickly, including yugyeom who began to quiver from anxiety. his eldest sibling grabbed his hand and motioned at the child to run quickly towards the end of the train.
↳ his mother resisted against the intruders alongside his sibling. despite his sibling's calming words, yugyeom grew more afraid. his eyes frantically wandered around, and he didn't want to run anymore. his sibling tried to drag him, but yugyeom wouldn't budge from his position. tears began to flow from his hues, teeth clattering in fright, and suddenly, something sparked in front of his vision.
↳ yugyeom woke up in a hospital bed. he sat up, but his head ached immensely. he felt dazed and confused, unable to recognize the reason to why he was in the hospital. one of his siblings rested on the couch, but he immediately jumped from his seat after yugyeom's awakening. his brother explained to him what happened, but yugyeom didn't have a single memory of it. after two weeks, yugyeom was released from the hospital, but his father was not happy with him. yugyeom didn't know why his father was not proud of him, though he never questioned it.
↳ his mother began to appear more frequent than his father. yugyeom was barely seen in the public with his father. he only heard rumors from his siblings' whispers; chattering about how his father was disappointed in his creation. even with such upsetting news, yugyeom never tried to figure out why.
↳ when yugyeom turned eighteen, the news about the upcoming crowning occupied the minds of his family. yugyeom was the one to hold the new crown, but his father refused to agree with the idea. his older siblings couldn't take the title; their requests were denied by the veterans of the king's bloodline.
↳ as a solution, yugyeom's father negotiated with earth. before yugyeom can become the next king, he had to attend a boarding academy to focus on his abilities. he was reluctant at first, having to learn a new language and adapt to humanoids. yugyeom eventually accepted the idea.
