as his eyes crinkled into crescents, he passed the drink over to the ghoulish creature beside him. despite the creatures grotesque features, it’s strong bodily odor, and sharp horns, they had a jolly good time. the spirit felt more like a friend than any of his more human friends. every day the two souls meet. on occasion, the dokkaebi took on a more foreign, ethereal looking form, a man who appeared to be around his 20’s. however, darkness gradually washes over him. every time he looks into the mirror, his features seem to morph into this spirit. and eventually, he becomes the creature.
