Throughout high school sammy was kind of a jock. he played football and was even good enough to cop a few scholarships because of it.  During a game his freshaman year, he landed the wrong way from a tackle and broke his shoulder. after multiple surgeries and months of physical therapy, woosung could move his shoulder again with minimal pain, but any hope of continuing most sports went out the window. 

after his time in the hospital and taking an extra semester off of school to recover (physically and emotionally), he was obviously a little lost as to what to do with his life. the answer came when he picked up a guitar for the first time since high school and started writing music. In this time, he also started learning piano. Music went from being something he enjoyed to an outlet. Eventually, he decided that was a feeling he wanted to share with people who might need it, too.

anyone whose had a conversation with woosung knows he's a little weird. He's inquisitive and doesn't exactly have a social filter. He has a need to understand people's motivations and what makes them tick, for better or worse. 

an extrovert by nature, sammy will talk to and make friends with anyone. he's a soft boy who likes taking care of people, but that softness can easily disappear if someone takes it for granted.
