mark lee was born in denver colorado. He grew up with three siblings he had always wanted to be an idol. He even begged his parents when he was 12 years old to be able to go audition. Understandably his parents were hesitant but after some time at the age of 14 mark started spending his summers in korea training then going back to school. After high school he was allowed to go back full time to work as a trainee. hes been training ever since.
 
mark is a very happy bubbily fun loving guy. though insecure and maybe a bit spastic he treats people with kindness and respect even if he doesn't think before he says things often time getting him in trouble. Hes passionate about two things music and animals. Hes a loving and caring person down to his soul.
