kino always knew he has a penchant for listening in to conversations he knew he shouldn't. as a tanuki, he grew up always mischevious and inquisitive about things. he would often climb into trees simply to listen in on the gossip of whoever was around him. it was in high school when he was accepted into the newspaper club that he realized what his true passion was. to uncover the truth and expose all the fakes. since the club, kino has thrown his heart and soul into reporting the news to those that need to know. even at the risk of his own life.
