Gigi and your wife were the best of friends, even before you got married before you even saw each other or dated. The two women were inseparable since they were two small girls, with dreams bigger than life. Your wife wanted to be a very well known and famous designer, she wanted to be a career woman and she wanted to be successful, while Gigi's dream was more simple, she wanted to fall in love, marry and have kids.
They grew up and somehow the two women's dreams exchanged, where Gigi became the career woman, living for her work at one of the biggest companies in the whole country, while the friend married and got kids.
Why did that happen? Because at the very first moment you came to work at the same company and Gigi saw you, and she fell in love, fast and hard. Never had she felt like that before, but her love wasn't reciprocated. Instead, you fell in love with her best friend when she came to visit, and she too fell hard for you. In less than a couple of months, you got married, and there stood Gigi, happy for her friend's happiness and heartbroken to see her love marrying someone else.
Years went by and the two women kept their friendship, but Gigi kept herself away, visiting only once in a while when she was sure you weren't around, and at work, she asked for a position in a different division so she wouldn't see you, to not get tempted or do something stupid that would ruin yours and her friend's life. But would that be enough, would Gigi be able to keep hiding her feelings? Do the problems you have at home make you
seek Gigi for help and advice? What would happen when you share an old bottle of whiskey, and what happened the next day with regret from both sides. Would the accident that meets your wife be because of you confessing to her. (many more details can be discussed)

1st descriptive and 3rd detailed, strictly no one-liner.
I can do from semi-para to novella, but most of the time I try to mirror the length of my partner. (if I'm too taken by the plot and my muse is high I tend to write lengthier replies but doesn't expect that from my partner)
If you want to rp , then I need to know that my partner is 18+ and that the comes through a plot not just randomly.
Now that said, plots are very loved and encouraged but should we both be too blank to plot, we can wing it as well, a spontaneous starter well do as well 
I'm open to trying any plots ideas and I have a few of my own.
