About Jeonghan

Mediocre in sciences and son of a Warhol engineer turned rebel, Jeonghan had a rocky path to gaining the trust of the organization. But it was all he had ever wanted: to follow his mother's path and contribute to the necessary experiments the utopia was built upon. From his youngest age, he considered the Warhol buildings a playground. He'd run off his parents' watchful eyes and overhear confusing conversations, witness violent altercations between Warhol geared security agents and patients. His parents could only protect his innocence for so long and up to this day, Jeonghan's mother believes this was where his father drew the line, straying from his duty and joining the enemy.

None of the indepth interviews he had with the inhouse psychiatrists about his father's treason back in the day could convince him more of his father's foolishness than his own hurt pride. Because from that day on, his mother was not as comfortable going to work, despite her full devotion to the organization. From Jeonghan's perspective, she was ashamed of her ex. She compensated by helping Jeonghan find the ideal study course to later be useful to WARHOL STAR, as if to pay off for the troubles her family caused by making sure her son would be a useful tool for the organization. And Jeonghan, ever so caring, held the goal dear to his heart, completing his studies in communication and public relations to become not just the friendly face of WARHOL STAR, but also a smooth talker in the ghost war against rebels. The shame he carries with him hardened his heart against rebels and anyone that isn't part ofthe organization.

Jeonghan holds no pity for those who so much as doubt the established order. He believes so because he's been resenting his own father for that reason; however he would have yet to unveil another treasonnow, as an adult, from someone he likes or loves, to know if there's no pity at all. He couldn't torture someone but he happens to linger in the observation rooms behind panels, to watch how a human mind can be dismantled and put back together for the best. Though he believes in this science, he still watches it like he did when he was a kid, too curious to remain on the defined safe grounds. Even when out of the safe confines of the organization, Jeonghan uses his social skills and apparent empathy to bond with all people he can, just to get closure if he ever needs to protect the organization and honor the legacy his mother has left him.

Personality

Jeonghan was a single child, but makes friends easily. He has always been yearning for friends and still needs to talk to those he trusts the most. Communication isn't just part of his job, it's what he loves. He works hard, but also enjoys clearing his head at times if with people he trusts. He yearns for deeper bonds than colleagues and may appear a little loud and pushy if at ease around someone. He's smooth ifon business, but also bold when needed or if on the offensive. Tethering around is not his forte. Jeonghan is pretty honest if he's at loss on a subject or if he isn't interested at all, but he does like sweet bribes and encouragements. He's whimsical and bossy, but also a good listener. He just doesn't draw a line between work and private life, so much he could be off his job, but still spying on a juisy conversation while on a date...

He will get cynical if traitors are mentioned in a conversation, the subject a hot topic for him but no taboo. He shows strength by showing the example, which is to treat traitors with total distaste. The frustration surrounding his father's betrayal is an unresolved issue although he wouldn't admit it. Jeonghan may display explosive anger if his own loyalty is questioned.
