empty your mind; be formless, shapeless - like water.
to be that of transparent, still, yet lapping. to be a dainty shade of navy, yet remain colorless. to be this or that, she was it all. she was as versatile and flexible as one needed to be, yet, why did she stop at one place? why had she been gifted with such tremendous abilities, but didn't dare breach upon the surface of what could've been? of what could've been a breath of fresh air from the water that leaked through her lungs.
born with a sliver of the moon in her spirit, it came with a cost. an insightful price that she couldn't bear accept. heaven forbid she not been aware, but at the moon spirit's life gone awry into her saintly figure, a subtle, faint premonition remains a haunting to her. and as she stood before her parents' burial ground, it thrummed even deeper than it once did. thus from day one, a silent fear crept up in the back of her subconscious, one that contradicted the entirety of her culture and heritage.
watching as her very own innate element drown that of her parents, panic swept through her chest. it was a killer. and she just couldn't bring herself to practice, to spar, to try. for that she'd fear someone else's life would be endangered with her inability to empty her mind - to be formless, shapeless as water.

she was told not to say anything if she had nothing nice to say, so she attempts to not talk too much to avoid aggravating others. especially since she isn't advanced in her bending like how those her age are. in dire situations, she can't help but feel panic but inevitably does try to help resolve for the greater good.
