Park Seojoon, is one of those few that are lucky and smart enough to turn crisis and hardships in life into something much better and fulfilling, and he knows he couldn't have done that all on his own. He had a rough start, but he was forever grateful to those who gave him second chances. So for the rest of his life, he's made it his life mission to be there for others in ways that they have been there for him, especially his family.

Family has always been a huge part in his life, for it is something that he once never had and something that was taken from him far too many times. Born to a young single mother and an absentee father, Seojoon grew up watching his mother got too drunk, brought home too many men, and got upset way too often at how Seojoon was too "useless and stupid and young" to help out. He was 7 when his mom finally called it quit and bring him to a park, telling him to go ahead and play first while she gets some ice cream for them from the usual ice cream truck. Unlike what his mother had always said, Seojoon wasn't stupid enough to not notice little things, like how the ice cream truck was never there that day, or how his mother had insisted again and again that he should stay there and not run off on his own to look for her, as if he had ever done that before. Regardless, as the night sky fell over the park, Seojoon was both horrified and not surprised to see his mother never returning.

Seojoon was sent to the orphanage, and would spend the next couple of years bouncing between homes but never settling for long. By 10, he was adopted by a famous actress and her baseball player husband. They brought him to a foreign city named davao, and maybe a new environment was exactly what he needed for a fresh start, he was able to open up and eventually learn to start accepting having a new pair of parents who were way more patient and loving this time. It was the best time of his life, and he was able to have a fun childhood for once. By the time his sister was born a few years later, much to their parents and his own surprise, he wasn't even jealous or anxious. Sure, he might had been a little nervous, but that was because he was worried the age gap would make things awkward and harder for them to get closer. However, none of that concern ever existed because the siblings were as close as any siblings, perhaps even closer. He took the job upon himself to take care of her whenever their parents were busy, and even when she became a child star.

Everything had been smooth sailing, he even looking up to his adoptive mother, wanting to be an actor just like her. But things took a drastic turn when their parents were killed in a house robbery gone wrong. As the only adult left in the family, Seojoon took on the responsibility of taking his younger sister under his wing and vowed to provide, support, and care for her in ways that she would never feel the void of their parents. He eventually made the decision of moving back to South Korea, so that both of them could have a fresh start. He managed to graduate from university with a business degree, giving up on his actor dream so he could help his sister better when he learnt that she wanted to go on stage again and become an artist.

As of right now, his sister Lucky has successfully debuted, even after going through a survival show and is in the final lineup, while Seojoon still remains working for the same company she's signed to, dedicated to his job as her manager. He doesn't have any complaints, as he see it as his responsibility that he's more than glad to oblige to, also seeing it a chance to stay close to his only family left.
