Description

Shepherd, Pharaoh, God, Osiris is all of them. He was dismembered by a brother and mummyfied back into one piece by his wife and sister Isis. "He who is permanently Benign and youthful" became a goal, for all kings of Egypt. They joined him in the afterlife, imitating his rituals as they started their second life. Only Osiris truly did not die. He lived on and on. He who is silent never seeked revenge on the betrayal that led him to his death, or on the brother who tormented his son. Osiris always saw past the irrational behavior of his brother Seth, and up to this day, he lives on, watching, waiting for the fellow Gods of Egypt to thrive and be reborn again and again, as the Nile always provides to their homeland.

He owns an ethical farm downtown, a hipster niche where one can eat local food, only locally grown crops. Taeyong is the name he goes by in this life and shrugs are all he offers to all curious students to his agriculture workshops, when they ask how he manages to grow such beautiful vegetables and flowers without fail every season. He cannot defend himself or lie, silence is still his default answer, but Taeyong is also kind and generous. He doesn't forget but he forgives. He forgives again and again, he starts over if he fails and if failures get to his spirit, then expect him to beg you to take him to the beach, to bury him in the sand up to his neck, facing the sea, for meditation. Don't you think however that he is a loser in bed: he will pull the whole blanket to himself and roll himself in it for comfort, cause this is where generosity cannot apply, rest is the domain of the original mummy.
