Minsung was only the age of 10 when his family was ambushed and murdered for who they were. Void kitsunes were viewed as dangerous and murderous so humans went for them before they had any chance of attacking first. He spent his entire life hiding before he was caught and dragged to this island. He cant tell if he is lucky to still be alive as he is now forced to stay here as a pet.
