So I have a lot to say when it comes to you but I'll try to keep it short. First all I want to tell you thank you so much for being my friend, you are just like the brother I never had. I love being able to talk to you about anything and thank you for listening.

Second of all thank you for pushing me to open this place I never thought this place would become so important and dear to me nor that I would meet so many amazing people and basically create a family.

Thirdly let me thank you for the work you've put into this place I appreciate it so much. Let's be honest this place wouldn't be what it is without you. 

Fourthly okno I'll stop. I love you so so much you are such an amazing friend/bunny. I wish nothing but the best for you whether it's in life or romance. I hope you'll continue being my friend for many many years to come.
