police officer

changmin growing up always wanted to be a police officer and lead to change in his hometown where crime was rampant. once he climbed enough of the ranks, he was assigned to a partner who was a bit older than him, but he was always so meticulous alongside having the best will and intentions. changmin really looked up to him. however, the citizens were thankless, and the media put a lot of pressure on the police. even when changmin would arrest the wrongdoers, they would be released from jail very quickly and sometimes without any sentence at all because the jails were overcrowded. he lost his reason for doing his profession, and he succumbed to accepting bribes. however the time he accepted husband first bribe has severe complications, and the same criminal he accepted the bribe from tries to kill him later when the criminal is caught after burgling and murdering employees in the store. the criminal recognizes changmin, and he says he will turn him in for accepting bribes, but it’s actually just to distract changmin as he pulls out his gun and shoots. however, changmin’s partner jumps in front of him and dies because of his mistake, and the experience and guilt scars him for life.
