There were a lot of things Minho had learned to get used to growing up. Greeting people without meeting their eyes, stopping right at their nose or eyebrows, the confused looks he would get as they would attempt to catch his eyes, his fruitless attempts of avoiding their gaze, a frozen, pale face staring right back at him as they were forced to face their deepest, darkest fear, the pain of having to live through their fear.
More often than not, Minho would soon be forcibly shoved away and, depending on the person, enduring their shrieks of fear and increasing hysterics, watching as their face contorts into one of pure horror as he is the only one privy to their worst nightmare, or even worse, bearing the brunt of an onslaught of verbal attacks, meant to tear him down and leave him in pieces.
No matter what he did, explanations were useless when nobody understood the gravity of his powers.
He never wanted this. He never wanted to bring people pain, never wanted to know what keeps people up awake at night, what haunts their every waking hour. So why was he the one stuck with this cursed quirk?
Minho is not really sure why he is at New Heroes Academy. He's gone through so many public schools already before settling into homeschooling, something he's already grown accustomed to. His parents were clinging onto the hope that the academy had a solution that they couldn't provide themselves. He appreciates his parents' optimism. They've always tried their best to accommodate to his quirk and love him with all their soul.
But Minho already knew there was no way out of this never ending nightmare.

More often than not, he wears brown natural colored contacts to hide his eye color, as well as a pair of tinted sunglasses.

Minho's quirk allows him to induce fear and horror in a person. What the person experiences depends on what their fear is.
Discouragement — cause others to run away from him
Fear Augmentation — enhancing any feelings of fear to unbearable levels (He is unaware of this as of now. It would only work on already existing fear however. He can't create fear.)
Insanity Inducement — making others feel fear to the point they will become traumatized
Paralysis Inducement — making the target paralyzed with fear
Submission — making the target so afraid that they will yield or submit to the user
Unknown Inducement — causing fear so powerful that it tunes out the user's presence out of sight and mind
limitations
To work, he must have eye contact with the person he intends to affect, although people can be affected even if he does not mean to since it is always active. It can work through glasses too, but only if he can see their eyes. (e.g. it would not work with those type of polarized sunglasses where you cannot see the wearer's eyes.)

People with psychic or mental type quirks may not be affected as much or affected at all.
When he affects a person, he can also see and experience their fear as they would, so depending if he's seen it before or not, it can have a mental toll on him.

Currently a college student stuck in online classes so activity isn't definite. That being said, don't trust the online sign. I'm either elsewhere or didn't log out. I'm a gmt-7/-8 person but a big night owl.
