Description

Name: Yang Woohyuk

Age: 27 (almost)

Jersey Wooly hybrid

Scent: Strawberry Hi-Chew

Personality:

Prefers signing or writing over speaking due to a couple reasons:
- He has vocal cord paresis from his previous open chest surgery after a bad car accident and speaking would strain the already damaged muscle
- He hates his raspy voice that results from his vocal cord paresis

Background:
He's been passed on from owner to owner 4 times and was deemed the 'bad luck' to whoever owns him. He lived most of his childhood and young adult years in a adoption home, watching other kids and hybrids get adopted to new families. When he turned 20, an elderly couple adopted him but fell ill due to age after a year and a half with him and couldn't take care of him anymore so he was passed over to their niece. He lived with them for about a year until she got involved in a fatal car accident that killed her on the spot and Woohyuk surviving but just barely. After months at the hospital, and a loss of his voice, he was taken back to the owner of the adoption home who found him a new family and a new home at the age of 23. The new owners were a family of 4 with children of their own but he was adopted nonetheless since the older sibling insisted that he needed an older brother.  2 years into living with them, another incident happened. When Woohyuk came back from getting groceries, someone had broken into the house and killed the two kids who were playing in the livingroom and the mother who was in the kitchen cooking dinner.  When the father, who was out on a business trip, was notified of this incident, he framed Woohyuk as the murderer but thankfully to those who had seen him at the market, he was proved innocent.  A couple days of blaming himself, the father comitted suicide, his last words being 'I should have been there, I shouldn't have gone on that trip, I'm sorry'.  Without giving Woohyuk enough time to try to stop him, he had already jumped off the patio of the 11th floor unit.  A neighbor, who took pity on him took him in to care for him.  Although he had hoped that this would be his final home, 2 years into living with his new owner, he had noticed a slight weirdness to his demeanor.  After much persuading, his owner finally agreed to go to the hospital for a check up and was diagnosed with late-stage stomach cancer and had to be admitted to the hospital.  He spent the last couple weeks tending to him at the hospital and before he passed away, he handed him a note with the address to this place and that's how he found his way here.
