with his father out of the picture, always on business trips, their mother ended up spoiling her kids as much as she could, possibly to fill in for the spot of her lover from who she could barely get any affection. they got everything they wanted, went to all top schools and got a lot of freedom as well. and just like that, their small family of three grew extremely close. Sunday was family day and they always had plans together, and at least twice a week, one of his mother or father's friends threw a party or event to which they always accompanied their mother.
during his teens was when junhoe started to notice the way his mother didn't look as happy as he had previously thought. he started to notice how she was one of the very few women at the parties and events who never brought their husband along. how his father never asked to talk to their mother when he called. how his mother went downstairs for a drink when they were both supposed to be asleep already.
they eventually found out about their parents' arranged marriage for the sake of keeping the dark tone of their rare species. about his father's affair since there was no love in their marriage, and how their mother was supposed to remain alone and faithful since that's the image she needed to pass at those big wealthy fake events. he was always bad at dealing with his and other's emotions, and at those moments, he was very glad for his elder sister. she seemed to be good at comforting their mother when she needed, meanwhile he just stared aimlessly unsure of how to help, as his grudge against his father started to grow and grow.
during their teens, the parties became more frequent as they now had their own friends who invited them over. his mother would still accompany them but less often than before. more often than not, the teens ended up sneaking some alcohol bottles into their bedrooms to play drinking games together. much like most of his friends, nearly all of junhoe's 'firsts' were at those parties. not that he regretted them though. it was fun times and it helped him forget a bit of what his father had done to their family. every now and again, they let go of the images their families attempted to maintain and actually talked about their feelings and what went on behind closed doors. it helped junhoe realize he was not alone and how most of the other 'wealthy perfect families' were not as perfect as they appeared either. still, the story was up and the show had to go on, so he should act accordingly.
when it was time to get to college, of course ihybrid was the goal of almost, if not all, of his childhood friends, so he was deadset on getting in. the school was amazing, the program was great, and the sports' major seemed incredible with most sports' teams coming in first at campus' tournaments.
getting into ihybrid was a big achievement for junhoe and he surely worked hard to get in. for his first year, he fully focused on his main major, sports and now one of the key players for the basketball team junhoe decided to take in literature as his minor during his seconds year, as a way to fulfill his hidden love for poetry.
his relationships never last long since he gets tired easily and doesn't like being tied down. he's a bit superficial so he's both cheated and been cheated on, not that he really minds or cares, but he can get quite possessive and jealous when it comes to relationships. he has a tainted image of love because of his parent's relationship so he won't give himself away easily and he surely won't fully commit to a relationship if he doesn't believe it his worth his time and effort but he can definitely be more serious if he actually likes someone, though that's not very common. if you can get him to like you, he might settle down.
junhoe will still get with guys sometimes, always in absolute secret, and only for , being strictly dominant when it happens. he is very picky with guys since he's extremely scared of being outted. he might have accepted it as a part of himself, but it's not something he wants to deal with, or at least not yet.
he does not want to get romantically involved with men as he hasn't fully embraced that side of himself. he might though if one manages to win his trust and get him to accept himself fully, but good luck with that.

junhoe is a black mutation of the grey wolf. these are quite rare and happen only in families that have previously been crossed with another species, which resulted in their darker shade. his eyes are one of the visible features of his hybrid, being a light shade of grey. he will rarely use contacts. both his claws and fangs can be almost fully retracted but he considers his fangs, much like his eyes, to be part of his charm so he keeps them visible. as for his claws, they are retracted most of the time but will still be longer than human nails.
his hair is extremely dark in nature though he sometimes likes dying it blonde when feels like he needs a change.
his charisma and confidence are definitely two of his strongest points and shaped him into what he is today. he's very sociable and easygoing, so he's rather easy to befriend but hard to keep. can be very lazy at times, just like he can be very hard-working and persistent. he is incredibly honest, so if you want a brutally honest opinion ask him, though he may be a bit too straightforward sometimes. he may seemingly have more negative than positive traits if you were to list them all down. but under the right circumstances and if you know how to handle him, he's a great friend to have around, and surely lots of fun as he is very adventurous and will not back down from a challenge.
his worst trait would definitely be how hot-headed he is because of how big the consequences tend to be. he can be rather impulsive and will hold grudges if the situation is serious. when he's mad he can be very cruel even to friends, and he will not regret going for your weak points unless you are actually close, in which case he will eventually apologize. he is also very impatient and stubborn, hence a bit hard-headed. if he's set on something it will be hard to change his mind on it. he can be incredibly irresponsible and if he dislikes you he will be rather uncooperative. growing up in wealth made him somewhat spoiled which resulted in him being a bit self-absorbed, but he's slowly growing out of it. toxic masculinity may be a problem with him.
he really likes basketball and is a sports fan in general. has a secret passion for poetry and even writes his own poems from time to time. likes to draw abstract art or doodles on his notebooks and enjoys photography as well. he is actually a pretty good singer as well but doesn't show it off often as he only ever sings playfully or at the karaoke with friends.
he loves drinking and partying the most. having fun and being free is his top priority. When he's feeling overly stressed he likes running away for a little while. he will simply grab his car keys without a word and dirve around for a few hours, sometimes for the whole day with his phone off. if it's getting late and he's still feeling down he'll find some place to stay and won't go back until he's feeling better. it is unlikely that you'll get a hold of him at this moments.
being rather short-tempered he can't really take a step a breather and shut it. although he is very sarcastic himself, he will snap if someone uses sarcasm on him or tries to make fun of him. y behavior gets to him and he will be sure to tell that to your face. there's a lot of things junhoe doesn't like but a lot of them are only when he's in a bad mood and not worthy to include. i'm sure you'll get to find out soon enough. mom jokes earn you a sure punch to the face, same with jabs at his family.
usually prefers to be dominant, but won't say no to a female dom from time to time but he will not fully submit. he's rather adventurous and will be down to try mostly anything and he is also a bit exhibitionist. so if you get with him definitely expect some marking, especially considerin' his fangs and claws
with men he might be versatile position-wise depending on the guy and under specific circumstances, but he will be strictly dominant as his pride would not allow him to submit to a guy.

they didn't speak to each other for a long while until a few months later at another party when they found themselves alone once more, and this time it was junhoe who initiated the kiss. being much sober than the first time, they talked. it was just experimenting. it was to be an absolute secret. it would not turn serious. it became casual , a friends with benefits type of relationship, jun saw it as an escape that he could use, to ignore his interest in men aside from him. but the other got attached, and that's when it had to stop. when the other brought it up, jun ended it and never contacted him again. that is until they meet again at university now and jun is not sure how to act around him. does he hate him? does he understand him? will he forgive him?
working up some rules, the other two remain a couple while jun becomes the third party, slowly experimenting. sometimes it's just a kiss, sometimes they take it further. sometimes all three of them, sometimes just two, but whenever jun was involved with only one, the other part of the couple should be aware and all cards should be on the table. that's their agreement.
of course something was bound to go wrong down the line, and one of them starts to wonder why it couldn't just be official? why couldn't the three of them just be together? and that ends up being the downfall of their three-way relationship.
