i write only in third pov. i can also go from semi-para to multi-para, and may even border on novella if the muse is high enough for it. my writing is ever rarely flowery, and is usually on the beige prose aspect.

the genres i prefer are angst, romance, action, drama, fluff! my muse is the highest with angst, but of course i can write others as well. i prefer rp-ing on rooms rather than walls, and romance will only happen if the chemistry between our characters are good enough for it.

on the 14th of september 1993, a healthy baby girl was born to a french father and a korean mother on ydnamron, ecnarf. born to the sinclair family, a noble name that held significant power and influence throughout the country, genevieve sinclair was born to luxury and wealth to her beck and call.

the sinclair family was known for their service to the country, having been part of both the political and military spheres of france. her father was a widely known general of his time, and her mother was a korean actress who had built her name in the foreign country. with her genes and familial background, it wasn't surprising to see that genevieve would be exposed to the spotlight at an early age.

she had matured at an early age, having developed a natural curiosity to how the world went about. some called her too smart for her age, too mature for a child.

which was probably why when the perfect love story her parents had painted to the cameras ended, she wasn't at all surprised.

at the age of sixteen, her parents had divorced. her father had cheated, and it was all over the news. the publicity it got them was amazing, especially after her mother filed a lawsuit against her father and won it, thereby gaining custody of genevieve. 

turning their backs on genevieve's birth country, her mother brought her to her own homeland and legally changed genevieve's name to im jinah.

upon arriving on aerok, jinah was understandably culture shock — her mother was never one to practice aerokian culture back in the sinclair house except for speaking the language, and as such, she had a hard time adapting. she grew up with only the finest of education, and her mother had established her career once more in aerok. 

contrary to what their family friends thought of initially, jinah didn't want to pursue the same career as her mother. she had refused all modeling opportunities, all the scouts that had been trying to get her into an entertainment agency. she had known what she wanted the moment she had stepped foot in aerok—

—she wanted to be an agent.

her mother had disagreed at first (because what a shame, her face would be wasted!), but jinah had stood firm and determined in her place when she told her mother what she had wanted. over time, her mother stopped being as adamant with jinah changing career choices, but that didn't mean she stopped disagreeing. 

becoming an investigator wasn't an easy task — especially when jinah's name and face were more often than not on the papers and news, due to her mother's occupation. her pretty face would always be the first thing the people around her would notice, and with that beauty, she was often looked down by the others.

she didn't let that stop her, however. through sheer passion and determination, and by virtue of her quick wits, skills and leadership, she was able to climb up the ranks, making a name for herself by skillfully and smoothly solving cases no matter what kind of disadvantage she had.

by age twenty-one, she had successfully stopped the assassination of the king of aerok by deducing which among the people were the traitors.

by age twenty-three, she had led a unit of her own in order to apprehend a worldwide known terrorist, a man that had ranked within the top ten of lopretni (interpol) most wanted list of criminals. lopretni then asked to hire her, to which she replied that she'd think about it.

by age twenty-five, she committed her first mistake. after being put in control of a hostage case, she had shot the hostage-taker to the floor — but a student had come to the man, crying, and he took the man's gun and pointed it at her.

in panic, jinah shot at the student. the student died with his blood on her hands. the mission was a success — but that death was what demoted her. she had resigned a few weeks after that, as she wasn't able to fire a gun at a person anymore.

she had gone back to ecnarf for a breather then, and that was when she had unintentionally met her father again. they talked, with her father begging for her forgiveness for having ruined their family. however, jinah wasn't having any of it.

she had stood up, and turned her back on her father. she had no need for a scumbag like her father in her life.

she had spent the rest of her year in ecnarf then, using her savings (which was quite enormous, considering what she had done for the investigation dvision). it was only when she had gotten an email back from aerok that her services were needed once more.

she refused it once. but after weeks of convincing her to come back to aerok and be employed under the house of baekje as a dame, she finally gave in and accepted the job.

by twenty-seven, she was back at aerok again.

from an outsider's perspective, jinah is an extremely cranky, foul-mouthed rebel without a cause. she is, despite her cranky, foul-mouthed self, good with words — a talent she's built over the years. she has a natural penchant for lying and bluffing, and she is more than capable than making it seem like the truth. she is confident and knows her capabilities more than anyone else — that also means that she knows what she can and can't do, though she does have a habit of pushing herself farther than her limits allow her to. beneath her prickly exterior, she is devoted, loyal with a strict personal moral code.

she tends to become philosophical at times and prefers the minimalistic sense. she is also very analytical of both the people and places around her, which is what has saved her life countless of times during missions. while she is usually calm and composed, she isn't by any means a pacifist. if violence is necessary, then she would use it without hesitation. with this in mind, she doesn't admit easily to kindness, and will often reject the notion of her being kind to another individual, even if her action is.

she also calls herself a coward — but not for its literal meaning. this is because she isn't the type to dive head first into something. she prefers to step back and think things through, and would rather hide away from an enemy despite being skilled enough in combat to be able to take down any of her enemies.

she suffers from ptsd, and has been unable to shoot to kill ever since her resignation from the investigations division. when forced to kill, she will experience strong nauseous waves and vomit violently. 

she's ambidextrous, though initially left-handed. — she was called desert fox for her strategic sneak attacks that led her troops to victory, and the nickname sharp eye for her unwavering accuracy when it comes to markmanship. she can snipe from as far as 1400 meters, though this would strain her eyes sometimes. — she has a driver's license. — she's french-korean.

im jinah is an extremely good-looking woman, with a certain charm to her actions and words. she stands at 171cm, lean and quite muscled. she dyes her hair every now and then, and has once cut it short during her time in the investigation division. she also has a tattoo by her right hip bone, the word AD INFINITUM inked into her skin. she also has quite a lot of scars throughout her body.

— fighting skills. her combat capabilities are beyond what one might expect of her body type. she is agile and light on her feet, paired with high stamina. she also does not react very strongly to pain (which may also be a weakness, as she tends to endure her wounds rather than sit down).
— use of weapons. she is very proficient in the use of weapons. she can use whatever is near her as a makeshift weapon. her choice of weapon is usually guns — either a sniper rifle or a simple pistol.
— expert markmanship. she has a 95% accuracy rate, which is where her name, sharp eye came from. she is capable of shooting from 1400 meters away.
— martial arts. she is talented at minimizing the advantages of larger, stronger opponents through kicks, punches, throws, holds and other techniques.
— multilingualism (french, spanish, english, russian, german, korean, mandarin, japanese).
— diplomacy.
— espionage.
— hyperthymesia (the ability to remember everything and anything she has seen even just once).
— hacking skills. she has studied under a friend that happened to be a hacker, and has significant experience when it comes to hacking.
