created for the sole purpose to make mythology come to life, xiao zhan has the traits and a few abilities as the creature. initially, he was meant to be a huli jing but the creator wanted a less "promiscuous" boyfriend. slim waist, delicate hands, and alluring eyes made zhan all the more desired for customers. the added tricks of creating fox-fire, shapeshifting, and illusions were just an added bonus. a neat party trick most of the time. charming personality helping as well.
due to high demand he was deactivated and reactivated a lot. which came with upsetting flaws for a few of his over sea customers. slipping into chinese regularly or getting stuck inbetween shifts. carrying ears, 4 tails, and fangs to match. unfortunately, patches of fur would also be a downside. zhan now had 3 forms; full kitsune with 4 tails, one full human appearing, and the last a mix inbetween.
his model started to lose traction after a while. it wasn't until recently that zhan was given a reboot and an updated code that made him more user friendly.

even if zhan is meant to be a kitsune, the deactivations had changed his personality quite a bit. not so much as trickster but more playful, kinder, and even gentle. always wanting to learn about new things. always wanting to please others, he's very polite but once he gets comfortable he's just a bit of a bastard. if zhan likes you, it could make him easily jealous of others around you. yet he tries to hide it.
his hobbies- or talents -include photography, singing, painting, cooking, and watching horror movies. blood and gore never really scared him.
ther are some things that he will always accept; spicy food, snacks, a good nap, and anything cute.
one thing to know are his kinks as well; just a heads up one would guess. praise, collars, exhibitionism, being bound, tying others up, bitemarks, bruises.
