to put it simply, yanan is exhausted. as the only son in a family loyal to the throne of anihc, it was expected that he would serve the family in one way or another. once it became clear that yanan was quite the intelligent young man, he was sent to the finest schools that money could afford in hopes of gaining the proper credentials to become the royal family's advisor.

and become an advisor, he did. but not without a stint of rebellion in college, at least (casual drugs, alcohol, one night stands, a relationship with an aerokian princess; the usual kind of rebellion). these days, yanan is more mellow than his college self; but if you see him taking something illegal in the corner, no you didn't.

despite being extremely tired of the royal family's bull (especially those bratty twins), yanan still does his best to accomplish the duties expected of him as royal advisor (even if it includes spending his hard earned money on some bratty princess). he may be loyal to the throne, but he sure is sick of the family that's entrusted with it.

yanan acts very professional in the face of royals (which means they often bully him whenever they feel like it), but around civilians and such, he lets loose and finds himself being much more relaxed; maybe even flirty. although he's accompanied the anihc royals on this summer festival, yanan is secretly hoping to find relaxation in the form of something (or someone?) soothing.

his ex from when  he went to harvard. they broke up because of his drug usage, and haven't seen each other since then. (to be updated.)

his best friend. they used to be likeminded individuals, but yanan has mellowed out more, and is often too busy to spend time with him these days.

according to the press, his girlfriend. he isn't dating her, however. their constant trips where he's forced to dote on her simply make it seem as if he's her boytoy (which he isn't! she just likes bullying him).

the bane of his existence, along with her twin sister. the twins of anihc simply never fail to make his life more miserable, and the glorified babysitting he has to do for both of them eats away at all his free time.

a simple fling that barely even lasted in his college days. davika knew him as a different person, back when he struggled against his father's will for him to become the royal advisor. they were both different people back then.

previously had no particular opinion of the iaht prince, but that changed when ten started hitting on him. back when he was younger, he might have reciprocated, but now he's only worried about the possible repercussions of relations between them.

one of the knights of anihc, yanan has no particular feelings towards lucas, but his relationship with prince ten changed that. worried about anihc's image, yanan scolded lucas for meeting with ten (only to nearly do the same thing himself. sad.).
