alessandro bianchi, also known as kim taehyung, was born an estimated eighteen centuries ago in what is now called rome, italy. born into the royal family, he was then known as "prince alessandro" or "prince bianchi" to the loewr classes. born with a silver spoon, it's not something that allessandro was necessarily fond of. he was moreso interested in the country itself, and the culture beginning to blossom outside of the palace. it was where he yearned to be, and something he would stare at from the window with the tips of his fingers twitching in need.
there were many instances where the prince ran away, but manhunts for him were .. quite popular. many people of the land would join in search for him, resulting in his unfortuante return home.
now, you may be thinking. manhunts? royal family? they must love their son... right? you couldn't be further from the truth.
returning home from his fourth attempt of escaping, allesandro was moved from the royal headquarters and into the underground chambers. his luxurious room was suddenly that of what may seem to be an enlarged, modern day jail cell. he was locked in, only allowed out when accompanied by a knight or royal guard, forced to eat and do his classes without even a window to peak out of. there was a solid time frame where the prince hadn't seen his parents for roughly three or four years.
even the history books are unaware of what happened to allessandro to this day, having come to the conclusion that he may have passed away within the chambers, whether it be of suicide or natural causes.
so what did happen to prince allesandro? it took some planning with a royal guard that he had previously worked on befriending, who led him out of the palace at three am, where he ran and never even dared to look back. he actually found his hime with one of his best friends at the time whomst he was havin a ual relationship with. alessandro always knew that something was off about his friend, but he never gave it a second thought. it was after the fangs were sunken within his throat that he learned his friend was the first and only, well only no longer, vampire on the planet.
this made alessandro the second, and the momoent his life changed was the moment he decided to leave everything that he knew of his life behind. even his own identity.

now known as kim taehyung, the elder vampire lives within one of the most luxurious rooms within thornhill manor, home to hundreds of vampires. he found that it seemed to be a place where other of his kind seemed to enjoy, so he was here to stay until they relocated once more. as being part of high society, and the role of council includes the responsibility of overlooking the coven, ensurign that no one gets in trouble. if they do, he has the pleasure and power of discipline.
taehyung is considered somewhat of a "perfect representation" of the vampire kind. he has absolute control of his body, hunts animals, is always aware of what is happening within the coven, and looks out for his own kind and lives a life dedicated to those surrounding him. for once in his life, he has chosen what he wants for his life, and it's everything he wished it would be.

perhaps being a part of the council was beginning to wear on him, for whom he was surrounded by (i.e., the rest of the council) was more ruthless than he could ever find himself to ever be. it was frightening to see the scale of psycho within the other elders, and most of the time, he found himself the most sane. though, the possibility of revolting upon the rest of the council would be completely unheard of.
