though she had no recollections of it, choi jisu was an unnamed orphan taken in by the military with many other kids from the orphanage, but many of them did not live to tell the tale. while most of the survivors were trained and specialized in combat, the military saw great potential in jisu's intelligence and trained her with computers and machineries instead. at the age of sixteen, she rose up the ranks and became one of their best hackers, going as far as to infiltrate important organizations — including the government. while she excelled in her area of specialization, she isn't particularly loyal to the military, so when her adopted brother, yoon jeonghan, decided to rebel against their masters, she did not hesitate to feed on them as her symptoms also started emerging around the same time.
