was this her fault, she asks. soon after her mother had announced her pregnancy with their third child and first daughter, that was when her father decided to abandon his family. when her two older brothers would often fail to include her in their shenanigans and leave her to their mother, who harbored slight resentment for her. the question lingers―was this her fault? though she tried to convince herself otherwise, the thought only pursued further on.

the last time i had wrote in this diary, it was after the car accident. at the time, i didn't write this because it was so strange? i couldn't really explain it, but today, i was told what was wrong with me―i have prosopagnosia. in other words, i'm face blind. i can't.. really put names to faces and essentially, it just feels like i'm living in a world of strangers, featuring my mom and doyoung.

at the age of fifteen, after having been in a car accident with her older brother, she was considered to be lucky, the only thing she suffered was a head injury (that would later result in prosopagnosia). as for him, he was put in an indefinite coma. inevitably, it took a great toll over her life―the pending loss of her oldest brother and her neurological condition―but the only light she could see in this was her brother, doyoung, the two well reconciling the relationship they should've had.
