Although designed to be the blueprint- the most classic vampire boyfriend anyone could ever dreamed of, minghao just couldn’t turn out anymore different than his creators’ expectations.
 
Maybe it’;s just science, the law of attraction, how opposites attract, or perhaps it’s an unknown defect, but whatever it was, the soul-less vampire never shied away from his two main supposed enemies- the sun and everything related to humans. risking severe heatstroke, minghao often could be found strolling out in the daylight with his trusty black umbrella, a pair shades protecting his eyes, and a tube of sunscreen in hand.
 
a curious creature too, he’s tried many human delicacies, and has developed many interests and hobbies of his own. don’t be fooled though, minghao does need blood to live- human food simply has no effect on his appetite. although he lures and hunts for preys and humans like any other vampires, he oftentimes chooses to rely on donors, friends, or even prepackaged blood to quench his thirst.
 
minghao never talks about it, but one big reason for this is because he still blames himself for the death of his previous owner although the vampire was ruled out as innocent in the case. long story short, one just doesn’t ever want to mess with a vampire’s bloodlust- like locking him up for weeks with almost nothing to eat.
 
 
PERSONALITY

Minghao is temperate to strangers, appears to be calm at first, but he isn’t shy at all and could be quite the opposite. He’s usually friendly, especially towards other boyfriends. Once talking more to him, he’s playful and he likes to tease others. Although not hostile towards customers, he’s a little hesitant and careful around them, always questioning their intentions.
 
Flaws: Tends to be inhibited and doesn’t open up much to anyone about himself and his past. But he isn't good at hiding his emotions, almost always wearing his heart at his sleeve. He could be overprotective of the people that he cares about. And could turn a little aggressive when he’s famished and in urgent need of blood.
 
Hobbies: He enjoys gardening and tending to his plants and flowers although he has to be in the sun most of the time to take care of them. Recently he's found a love for baking, often experimenting with new recipes in the mansion's kitchen.
 
Skills: Minghao is good with massages but he would only do it for people close to him or to his customers. He used to learn a bit of bartending and sometimes makes his own little blood-mixed cocktails to enjoy for himself. He's currently developing his pastry/baking skills too.
