Short bio: For most of his life in America, Myungsoo was considered prodigious, always a model student and well-liked among his peers. He came from a humble family of himself and his parents, he and used his parents’ love as a motive to do well in life to pay them back. Upon graduating university in English, he and his parents returned to their homeland in Korea where he began teaching at a local high school in a small town. He would’ve lived a normal life until he was summoned by the mist. After arriving in who-knows-where, Myungsoo had participated in several of its deadly games, tasting both fleeting victory and traumatic defeat. Initially he had a can-do attitude, hoping to see the games through their end, but one gruesome loss changed everything. His eyes were terribly injured in a previous game and he has since been blind. Naturally, the brain adapted to cover for his loss of vision with improved senses, including, unfortunately, the intensity of fear and hopelessness.
