1st and 3rd POV. I tend to respond faster with 1st pov (texting and all chat rooms), but I do like to plot and write 3rd as well! However, my replies do tend to be slow as a lot of my writing depends on my motivation asdfghj. If you want a RP partner who responds super fast, I am not the one sorry :c
