Every since he grew up to know what he really is, Chani's scent always bothered him. He hated it more than he hated anything else in the world and so he became addicted to perfumes always having a small bottle hidden in his pockets and always keeping all kinds of scented candles wherever he goes. People say he lives in his own world and it is kind of true since it is hard to get his full attention to something or someone. 

As a dog, Chani's size didn't grow any bigger than a 8 month old puppy of his kind that's why he ended up being more on the submissive side. He can be a leader anywhere but in bed he will submit to a stronger and a bigger one.
