quick background: nissius was born to a normal family. as the youngest child of two, nissius was rather spoiled. doted on by his older brother and his parents, the baby of the household was the little title of which was granted to nissius since the very moment he had been born--that was, until his powers began to appear. like all children, nissius was temperamental. as a child, and spoiled in the way he had been, nissius was used to getting what he wanted. what began as a little argument between children regarding their respective toys in grade school, resulted in a little girl frozen like a block of ice and an explosion of frost which scared off the other children from nissius. incident after incident, nissius' parents and brother began to fear for their once "normal" boy. at the age of ten, nissius was left on the steps of the prison. told a simple promise that his family will come back for him. a promise of which nissius had been holding on to for nine years.
