Born in a wealthy family, Yura had always been a perfect daughter to her parents. Doing whatever she's being told, attending prestige private school and being trained to be ready to be the successor of the family business; but during her high school time, she went to a kpop concert and was mesmerized by the performance. She was always being praised to have a beautiful singing voice and for once in her life, she wanted to do something that wasn't for her family sake. This of course caused an uproar and heavy rejection from her parents who told her to just focus on entering SNU instead of doing something meaningless like being an idol. Yura had to beg her grandparents to help her changing her parents's mindset which in the end it was working but not without them giving a condition; she had to debut within 3 years since she started to be a trainee, if by then she hadn't make her debut, she had to forget her dream and return to study aboard instead. Yura said yes and thankfully just after 1 year and several months since she joined Nova Lux as a trainee, she got to debut with Pandora and now enjoying her life as an idol.
