chris' origin begins in sydney, australia where his father met his mother, who was interning from seoul, south korea. they fell inlove pretty quickly and got married, settling down into a nice two story home by the beach - and then they started a family.

chris is the eldest out of three. he has a younger sister, named hannah, and a younger brother, lucas.

sounds innocent enough, right? not entirely.

chris always had a suspicion that his parents were digging into something they shouldn't be. they kept their occupation quiet, told their children very little about what they do, and were overall very secretive and dodgey when the subject would be brought up.

And then everything came rolling in. slow, yet all at once.

The one peaceful vibe in their house turned sour when chris turned 16. apparently, his parents saw him as a man now and so they gave him much more responsilities and... 'jobs' to do. in short, they forced chris to steal money from people. they never said why or who, "just anyone will do." This, unfortunately, would get him into trouble more times than once but he took it all without wavering.

it's not the sense that he was loyal to his parents, no. he certainly was not. but they were threatening the very safety and life of his little brother, lucas; telling chris that if he didn't obey, they would send lucas "off to camp at armor." he didn't know what that meant, just who the hell armor is in the first place, but the weight of such a threat  kept chris in line for many years.

make no mistake, though. chris does not enjoy what his parents are making him do. he has always dreamt of running away... however, that is just a faded dream. his parents have him under lock and key. they have him firmly in their grasp; a pawn to play in their game of chess. they don't care if he gets injured or even killed, all they care about is money.

for the entirety of chris' life, he's distantly wondered what it must be like to live freely because right now, he's been kept in a cage.

just recently, his family decided to move to seoul. they have been here for about 3-4 weeks by now and chris is still struggling with severe culture shock. he's not fluent in korean, infact he tried to avoid talking to people because he knows it stands out; his thick australian accent, that is. plus, his korean itself is horrible anyways.

somehow, chris managed to move out of that home - but it doesn't mean he escaped his parents. he lives in a tiny apartment in a cheap building with zero furniture, food, decor, anything. the only thing he has is a mattress on the floor and a small desk made out of cheap wood for his music equipment. his parents are spreading him so thin that he's close to being evicted.

chris has endured a lot of emotional and mental trauma/abuse over the years because of his parents, who are now demanding even more from him by the day. if he fails, they beat and belittle him in front of his younger siblings, intimidating them into obeying or else the same treatment would be given. as of right now, chris' only escape is music.

on tiktok, he has over 784,ooo followers. there he will post clips of him playing various intruments (violin, acoustic guitar, etc) of either an original piece or even a cover of a song already out there. he'll even write lyrics on the spot when someone would request it in the comments. on his youtube channel, he has about the same amount of followers, who get to watch him make and produce each song step by step. most of the time, he gives the songs to others because he feels like their voice would suit it better but those rare occasions happen when he keeps a song to himself and uses his own voice to pair it with.

chris writes songs with deep meaning, touching on depression and anxiety. he writes his pain away because that's all he's got..
