Life is an empty canvas, blank and haven't yet painted. Just like what happened to a 12-year-old girl who woke up in the orphanage with no memories of yesterday, she has been suffering with amnesia and even her name she couldn't remember. Most of the kids called her "Gwisin" because of how white her skin is that people might get spooked when she goes out at night to take care some fireflies. Just as she was livign in the orphanage, she was a quiet and didn't speak a single word. She was sort of afraid to talk to people ever since she woke up in the orphanage. She answers by nodding and shaking her head, no one really made friends with her because of how she's acting.

At the age of 16, she's the oldest to get adopted by a rich, conglomerate family. The mother told them that Gwisin looks like her daughter who left their household not too long ago, the teenager didn't refuse as her friends in the orphanage never cared for her. Once she was settled in her new family and new home, they taught her how to be a lady and how to do basic and advanced etiquette as a their daughter does. When she starts studying, she starts speaking as well, improving her Korean language, as well as French and English. Since they want Gwisin to be their official daughter, they changed her name to Gwendolyn Kim. They even hide the details that she's even an orphan.

During her living with her adopted parent, she starts to adapt herself in her new personality. She became talkative and capable of making people laugh, she's even present during their family celebration and some important events that her adopted family has. Since they are rich, they hold important businesses like the shopping malls, a car industry and food products.

Learning to be a proper lady means learning music and arts, Gwendolyn learns to dance and sing with the help of vocal trainers and dance trainers that her parents provided for her. Most of them are from Nova Lux and Studio Danz, they considered her a trainee because of how gifted she is in singing that she could sing up to 8 octaves. Her parents agreed to make Gwendolyn a trainee however she won't be living in the same dorm as other trainees, instead she will still live in their mansion and still studying in the university just like what they wanted.

However, her parents hide the fact that she has amnesia and thought Gwendolyn already forgets about it. But she's wise, secretly hiring a private investigator to trace her real family and her real self as well.
