Bio: Growing up in poverty, Hyunwoo was an unwanted only child. He was an extra mouth to feed and neither of his parents were stable or loving. Instead, he spent as much time as possible at school through extracurriculars or after school programs. In particular he adored choir and theatre, and despite not having the financial situation to accommodate for trips, he excelled enough to earn special placement. In his teen years, puberty chiseled and defined his features well that when he would go in secret to auditions, he was scouting into modeling. His passion laid with acting and musical theatre, however, so he first worked to gain a bit of influence and connections before he could pursue a career on the big screens. It was a typical rags to riches story for him and he frequently reminds himself of his humble beginnings. After hearing a certain friend of his signed with Nova Lux, he figured he’d move companies also.
