ladislava, or ladi for short, was born to a woman ladi knew as cornelia. for ladi's early life, she was raised by kronos' public institution for orphans who were then recruited for military duty. not only through her kronos education did she find an early purpose in life, but firstly growing up in the slums of kronos made her aspire to one day find a leadership position in kronos. she thinks of all nations, kronos is the best, thinking it is only just for kronos to have had strong leadership given how kronos has historically been demonized. however, upon graduating from kronos' best military academy, ladi was reunited with her mother and entrusted with the kronos state secret that her mother cornelia is known within the aeris kingdom as alexandria van gautier, wife to the late king sylvain von gautier of aeris. both mother and daughter were overjoyed to be reunited, of which ladi now returns everyday after her shift to care for her mother. however, kronos also informed her to be mindful of her half-brother, for if he knew of the truth or that ladi's mother was alive, he would kill her mother cornelia.
