history...

There isn't much about Reyvn's past that she knows. Hell, she's not even sure Reyvn is her real name. All she knows is that she was found in the deserts of a planet in the Outer Rim by pilot smugglers at the age of 5. She has no memories of her life before then.

So, she was given the name Reyvn Eretria, eventually being allowed to take on the family name of the people who found her. She had always known she was different. She was smarter, stronger, faster, and even more than most people. However, by the time she was 14, Reyvn Cyrus was on her own. Her parents had been murdered in a transaction gone wrong, leaving Reyvn on her own, stranded on the planet Tajukine.

For years, Reyvn worked as a scavenger on Tajukine for the head of the main outpost. Then at the age of 19, she was kidnapped by rival scavengers and sold to a group of rogue smugglers passing through the planet. For the next 20 years, she would be forced to work as a smuggler and pilot for the crew she was sold to. Despite, their rough beginning, she spent so much time with them that she started to see them as her new family. It wasn't until a mission gone wrong that she finally came into true connection with Kavana, which allowed her to save the smugglers from a crashing flyer.

Scared of her newfound powers, she ran away and went in search of answers. For 10 years, she traveled from system to system, learning all she could about Kavana until she finally came across a temple for Kavana users. She spent 40 years training to be a Jedi, eventually gaining the title of Master.

plotting + locations

I prefer to plot rather than wing. Having some type of idea after reading my profile is preferred but not mandatory. I'm fine within minimal plotting, as long as we can at least establish what the relationship between the characters are so that I know how my character should act towards yours. Quite frankly, the most detailed and involved you are with the plotting process, the higher my muse for the plot will be. I like to keep my walls as clean as possible, so I try to roleplay in rooms (there are plenty of them) whenever possible. I use my wall for updates and notes on my character that are super important and/or don't need to be in their profile, so I try to keep them clear from roleplay threads. However, if there isn't a room and it doesn't make sense to make one for our thread, I will accept wall posts under those circumstances. All other wall posts will be cleared.

writing style + genres

I prefer detailed 3rd pov but I don't mind doing detailed 1st pov. My reply length will vary between para to multipara (and on the very rare occasion novella) depending on my personal muse. I will always try to mirror the pov and length style of my partner so I can adjust according to your preference. threads that require faster replies (like group plots for promotions and the like) will almost always be in a detailed script because it's faster and easier. I do not believe in "you ask you start"; rather, whoever makes sense to start the thread should start it. sometimes that will be me, sometimes that will be you.

I'm open to any genre, ranging from lighthearted and playful, to dark and angsty. I have almost no triggers when it comes to plotting and threads so don't be afraid to do whatever your heart desires with my characters. open communication is key though, so especially if the plots are more on the angsty side, let's make sure we stay in communication with each other and everyone agrees on what's going to be happening. dramatic and angsty plots do tend to give me more muse, but I also like to balance them with a good amount of lighthearted plots or moments within the angsty plot.

as mentioned above, I am 25 years old and my characters and faceclaims are 21+. because of this, they may be involved in mature content. this includes but is not limited to violence, triggering plots, and . however, this will only be done with characters and muns that are over the age of 18. under no circumstances will I be doing any type of mature-themed thread with a minor character or mun. I don't usually have any triggers during rping, however, if something does trigger me for whatever reason I will let you know. I will always put proper warnings and labels for triggering and mature content in my profiles and threads if needed, so I kindly ask that you do the same (it's also in the roleplay rules). some of my characters may have triggering backgrounds, but it will rarely be brought up during actual roleplaying. however, should that happen, again proper warnings will be given. if any of the triggers in a character profile makes you uncomfortable or you simply don't like it, please let me know so that any mentions of said topic can be avoided when we roleplay.< br/>

poking + reply speed

please refrain from poking me or reminding me constantly about replies, especially if you see me active in chats, as this will only result in my muse potentially lowering for our plot which will only make me take longer to reply. while I am usually pretty good at keeping track of who I'm roleplaying with and where I am also human and can sometimes forget. so if it's been longer than 6 days since my last reply and I'm not on hiatus, only then may you send me a poke. as organized as I try to be, sometimes replies can get lost in my notifications. I personally try to not let more than 2-3 days go by between replies, but life just happens sometimes and I can get busy. not busy enough to need a hiatus but busy enough replies might take a while. like with everything else I mentioned though, I will try to keep open communication with everyone and let it be known if replies might take longer than usual. My thread reply speed may vary even if you see me in chats often.
