born in japan, raised in korea, that's the story of moon sua's life. she was born the youngest to a loving family. a dad who worked hard as a typical office worker, a stay-at-home mom, an older sister who loves to tease yet spoil her, and an older brother who she loves teasing. they were indeed the typical family. at the age of 3, the family moved back to korea for her father's work. sua was very enthusiastic about music. she loved writing random lyrics as soon as she hears a certain beat, whether it was on a notebook, her phone, or even a napkin she would find lying around after ordering her food at a fast food. because of her love for it, she decided to audition for a company known for their rap and swag. so at the age of 10, sua trained at the said company, honing every skill she could. 

she was set to debut when she turned 14, the maknae of the group she was supposed to debut in but it was sadly pushed back. again, she was in the lineup to debut when she turned 16, but this time, she was removed last minute. at that point, she thought she would never get to debut so instead of moping around, she joined a rap competition, unpretty rapstar, a sister competition to show me the money. she was the youngest contestant, and was bashed for being so, but time and time, she tried to prove that she could do it, that she deserved to go on stage and rap her heart out. despite the gap in age and experience between her and her competitors, she managed to win 1st runner-up. after competing, she decided to continue on with her training, and with no luck, another group was debuted with her being pulled back yet again, the company telling her she didn't fit their concept. but this time, despite being sad about it, she had another place to turn to, rap competitions. she joined some underground rap contests, winning some, losing most, but she was never a sore loser about it, instead, she felt proud and learned more from the different rappers she met.

once she realized she wouldn't get anywhere with the current company she was at, she decided to go her separate ways with them. at the age of 21, she managed to get accepted into DSF.
