taeyeon was born in 1800s, she was from the wealthy family she grew up a normal kid with a normal childhood until another opposing family killed her whole bloodline, living her still breathing. until then, she swore to her life that she will kill them to get revenge of what they did to her beloved family.

 

 

she came looking for revenge and trained to defend herself, during her travels she stumble across dark gumiho. the gumiho then knew of what she wanted, this deceived the young taeyeon and walked closer to the creature. the gumiho told her that he can give her strength to kill a clan, because of his sweet words, taeyeon believed him and he gave her supernatural strength and senses that could outmatch any brutes or an army.

 

 

then without another word, taeyeon tracked down the clan who murdered her family. she ruthlessly killed man and woman in the household but left the children who were sleeping peacefully at night, she still has humanity in her but already unleashed a monster because of the blessing of the creature. it was only a fair circumstances that those children will feel the same pain she had, the cycle had been made as taeyeon is the last piece to complete the cycle of death in the murdered family.

 

 

however, the deaths never fills her heart with satisfaction, instead it only filled her with guilt. leaving the children awake to see the horrors of her action make feel more savage than their family was, but the deed has been done. she goes back to the forest where the male gumiho is expecting her to come, taeyeon's goal was done. all she wanted now is to die, guilt-ridden in front of the upset gumiho. she wanted to return the blessing to him but he refused, he thought that since her goal has been finished she still had some use of her.

 

 

the gumiho offered shelter, home and safety under his abode, giving her a sense of haven, to pursuade her to be under his tails. he wanted her to be his another human vessel and use her as his servant. but this time, because her resolve has been finished, she cannot add more burden in her life. taeyeon refuses his offers despite being kind to her, but this upsets him more. the male gumiho doesn't take 'no' as a response. he strangles her, giving her the opposite of what she wanted now.

 

 

"you refused my offer, guilt conquers your resolve, now you must suffer worst than death!" he put the worst curse on her, he infused both of her hands with a death's touch. the worst punishment ever given to a human, this is the only punishment that could apply on other mischief gumiho but to a human like taeyeon, this is more than the underworld could take on. not only that, he gave her an eternal life and regenerative ability to add to her toll. with this exchange, taeyeon must live and see her friends died before her and their children before her.

 

 

it was agonizing for taeyeon who was cursed by the gumiho, she will live as the others gets older and die. those who touched taeyeon's hand will have a grim fate, their lives will add on taeyeon's lifeforce, threading her to live on without her seeing her own death. those children she left with the death of their family starts to hunt her down, once they are all grown up and have children of new generation, taeyeon has the responsibility to repeat the cycle she made. she killed the same family of the same blood and left children to fend for themselves.

 

 

in 1990s, taeyeon was still pursued by the same family she kept on murdering mothers and fathers of the same blood. they formed a gang that their only target is taeyeon, they influenced the media to sought after the family killer, posting pictures of her past mug shot for accidentally killing an innocent man whom was her lover. with her situation, she cannot bear to see her children: a pair of fraternal twins, under her care. she had to send them away from the chaos she had created, she doesn't want them to get involve with her problem. however, she loved them both but has to sacrifice herself in order for them to be safe.

 

 

taeyeon had killed the last mother and father of the same blood once and for all, but this time, she kept their infant child under her care instead of leaving it. she took care of her and get rid all of the documents related to the infant she is taking care of. no one knows her whereabouts since then, she has grown tired running away and killing the same family that killed her parents. she owned up a bar and became a bartender herself round nocturne while trying to reconnect with the child she adopted. however, the shadow of her past still haunts her to this day and it all started because of the gumiho.

 

 

taeyeon's appearance never changed over the years, her black hair had turned platinum blonde or gray once she gets older and dyes it black to appear more youthful, she also developed her love for simple tattoos on her body however she had to tattoo herself most of the time. she wears gloves to avoid making contact with people with her hands.

 

 

she likes all things sweet: chocolates, candies and desserts, likes to go to the movies with her adopted child and playing arcade, she also likes to read fictional books and comic books. however, of all the things she never liked are foxes, because of her past encounter with the gumiho, he gave her the reason to become a monster and she hates it as they are very tricky and untrustworthy.

 

 

she may look 30 years old, but she's already at 160. little did she know that her long life will slowly coming to an end when she met the same gumiho who had cursed her, the gumiho still has kept his intention to use taeyeon as his vessel. preparing her to be the next gumiho.
