Policewoman that died only to be Reincarnated as A Powerful Mistress of Darkness

Back when she was only a mere policewoman doing her job, Kim Taeyeon only wanted one thing: To make a world a better place. She grew up normally and saved up enough money for her parents before taking exams that made her became a honorable policewoman. She had a good life, so good that fate wanted to play with her.

During her pursuit with one of the most wanted criminals, it led her to the abandoned warehouse where she was betrayed by the ones she called 'friends'. Taeyeon was then gunned down and fell down from the edge, falling to the raging water, she felt betrayed and angry all the same time but now that she's dying, she doesn't know what to do and her body submerged into the depth of the waters.

She woke up, gasping for air. Taeyeon looked around to see that she's sleeping in an extravagant room where luxurious furnitures are in place, she was confused. The betrayal felt real and the gunshot wounds she got is still stinging but she never got any wound, what's going on? She looked at the mirror and she is now wearing make ups and accessories as if she instantly got rich. One of her servants even reminded her as the Mistress of Darkness, she's the one looking over in one town in the Marteria Highlands.

Taeyeon realized that some kind of magic had transferred her to this realm, as if she is reincarnated to someone else. With the realization, she starts to panic later on as she was confused on what to do. Slowly but surely, her memories from the modern world would slowly be erased as personality of the Mistress of Darkness will take over.

Few months now, Taeyeon get used on living around Heleo and learned new things that she never knew. She took a job as a writer in the Ivory Press and looks over a small town that the Mistress of Darkness is protecting.

Taeyeon has yet to discover her true power once the Mistress of Darkness's personality took over but she's already showing her powers like shadow manipulation but only when light is present, mastery on archery and instant healing but she cannot heal anyone.
