Before he became a manager in Daybreak Emtertainment, Jaeseok used to work under Gravity Entertainment as an office worker a long time ago. He was a hardworking lad who often get bullied by his coworkers and get picked on by his own boss even though he was doing his best to work hard to earn himself some money to survive. After working there for a few years, Jaeseok was offer a manager position in Daybreak Entertainment for an upcoming group by an old friend which has higher pay. He decided to take the offer before getting accepted and resigned his former office job in Gravity Entertainment. As of now, Jaeseok is on office work for the time being until a new group debuts before he gets assigned to them, waiting for the right time patiently.
