• via the bugs he can share your consciousness (perception, thoughts), and hijack them (enforce a thought onto you, control your behaviour)
• the effectiveness depends on the powers of whom he's controlling

2) Hypnotic Charm using his voice, making people like, trust, respect, and want to please him

• requires additional physical contact to work on supernaturals, humans are effected just with the sound of his voice
• both humans and supernaturals will feel it immediately but this power's true potency comes with increased exposure
• think of it like... the first moment you're like "hm? maybe he's not so bad" but it's just a little nudge, not actual brainwashing
• the longer you're exposed to this power, the stronger and more overwhelming its effect becomes
• in its most potent form (but this requires an unrealistic level of exposure) you'll be thoroughly brainwashed even when you don't hear his voice

3) Power Identification: can tell what your powers are looking into your soul, through your eyes

Short Bio

Baekhyun doesn't remember much of his childhood, but he always remembers being in control. The older he became, the deeper the roots of his belief in the natural superiority of those with powers became. Plain humans were like the bugs he can create and squash with a snip of his finger. They were nothing, and yet they thought they had a say in things. Isn't that just ridiculous? There is no place for vermin who just take up resources. Baekhyun is going to see to it that they all die, down to the very last one.
