short background:
leon was bestowed the mantle of being Warden of Arcanine when he came of age. His father had taught him the ways of training and taking care of his pokemon, to not see them as tools or to make life easier, but to cherish them as family. he is a bit lax in nature but he takes the title of Warden very seriously. (god i hope that makes sense c': )
