Laon returns home, hoping the small town has forgotten about him.
Hanbit seems both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. The sense of nostalgia and the stark changes in the town become even more apparent to him. The abandoned playground serves as a poignant reminder of the passage of time, and he can’t help but reflect on his parents’ words about the town, eventually fading away into obscurity.
He hopes it is to be the case. He hopes they all will forget everything there was in Hanbit, forget everything that traces back to him.
His return to manage Guchokipanya, the family-owned business with a legacy spanning three generations, was not out of nowhere. Why would a man so adamant about leaving the town in the first place would ever come back? And to manage a dying business at that?
Just like his son, so persistent at getting what they want, Laon's old man succeeds in getting him to help revive their family’s dying business. They made a deal: Two years; if it fails, his father will stop pestering him.
The time frame begins that year’s summer.

If you cannot handle slow replies (probably up to 1.5 weeks), then it’d be best that we don’t start a thread. I don’t deal with expectations well.
I tend to get a little carried away in writing, so my replies may be a little long. Please don’t mirror the length, though. Do write at whichever length you’re most comfortable with. I prefer 3rd pov paragraph style and only do script in chat. I am more than happy to do starters, especially if I have a good idea of how to start, but please don’t expect me to do it every time, especially if it doesn’t make sense for me to start.
With genres, I’m very flexible, I don’t mind plotting out fluff, angst, or even romance, but I will not plot out a pwp plot with you.
I don’t mind where our threads are, walls, pms, or rooms. I do prefer rooms just to keep the rp active.
